Marcia Lee, a graduate of University of Michigan, was a Cap Corps volunteer in 2005-2007 with Earthworks Urban Farm in Detroit, MI. After her volunteer service, Marcia completed the Trinity Fellows Program at Marquette University in Milwaukee, earning a Master's Degree in Dispute Resolution in 2009. She lives in Detroit and is very active with Detroit issues, particularly around environmental and racial justice.
Shelly Roder, a graduate of Creighton University, was a Cap Corps volunteer in 1999-2000 at the House of Peace Community Center and as a research assistant to Michael Crosby, ofmcap. After her Cap Corps year, Shelly worked for several years in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco as a service provider and advocate for people who are homeless before returning to Milwaukee and the position with Cap Corps in 2006. Shelly and her family live in Milwaukee.
